Whacky Cake
Whacky Cake
Pre heat oven to 350
Large Mixing bowl
9" x 12" non-stick baking pan
Note: you can double this recipe and use a 9x12 pan
- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 6 tbsp Powder Cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
Gather all liquid ingredients below and add to mixing bowl in the flowing order:
- 3/4 liquid Coconut Oil (heat in microwave slightly, so the oil is fully liquid, but not hot!>
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Bake at 350 for aproximatelty 25 to 35 minutes (until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean)
